PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The H₂O₂ Plasma Sterilizer – 80 Liters is a fully automatic low-temperature plasma sterilization system designed for hospitals, laboratories and dental clinics. The system uses Hydrogen Peroxide as the sterilizing agent and integrated RF plasma technology to provide cold, fast and residue-free sterilization.

The SM PL80 features an 80-liter rectangular stainless steel chamber with preset programs for different types of equipment. The system operates at a cycle temperature of 50 ± 5°C and provides a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10⁻⁶.

The sterilizer incorporates Microprocessor and Windows CE Embedded control, a 12.1-inch Color TFT touchscreen, built-in thermal printer, USB connectivity and optional 100/10 Mbps Ethernet. RFID operator identification and process traceability are also provided.

Quality & Testing Protocol The datasheet states that the sterilization process is completely validated. The system includes cycle parameter recording, alarm and error display, self-diagnosis, emergency stop, RFID operator identification and process traceability.
