The Hospital ETO Sterilizer – 100 Liters is designed for hospitals, CSSD departments and healthcare facilities requiring reliable low-temperature sterilization of heat- and moisture-sensitive medical and surgical instruments.

The system uses Ethylene Oxide (ETO) sterilization with controlled temperature, humidity, vacuum and pressure parameters. PLC-based automation and a touchscreen HMI provide convenient operation and monitoring of the sterilization cycle.

Pre- and post-vacuum operations, humidity control, process monitoring, data logging and multiple safety features support consistent and controlled sterilization performance. The 100-liter configuration provides increased batch capacity while maintaining a compact hospital-oriented design.

Quality & Testing Protocol Each Hospital ETO Sterilizer undergoes factory testing including chamber integrity and leak testing, temperature and humidity verification, vacuum and pressure checks, door safety and interlock testing, ETO cycle verification and final functional inspection before dispatch. Validation and qualification documentation can be provided as applicable to the supplied configuration.
